Get ready to drool! This lovingly slow-cooked pork, stir-fried with pineapples and bell peppers personifies vibrant, sweet and tart flavours that can bring your meal alive just with a bowl of steamed rice.

How to Cook:
1. Thaw product by placing the unopened packet in a bowl of water or under running tap water.
2. Pre-heat a heavy bottom/Non-stick pan.
3. Cover & cook for 4 min on high heat. Turn occasionally so the fat renders.
4.Add 40 ml water, cover & cook for 2-3 mins. Turn occasionally.
5. Open the lid & let golden brown colour/ caramelised edges appear on your pork belly cubes.
Serve with a dipping sauce or just steamed rice & veggies.
