How to Cook:

Pan Fry: Place on a hot Non stick pan and panfry for 3 minutes on high heat. Lower heat and panfry for 2 more minutes till both sides of the fish are light blond coloured. Remove fish from Pan and add 20 ml water or white wine to deglaze the pan. Pour drippings over the cooked fish.

Oven Fry: Place on a sheet pan without overlapping and bake in a preheated Oven at 220 Deg C for 6 minutes

Serving Suggestion: Serve as a main course or indulge in a garden BBQ with your favourite aperitif
