Place the Marinade on non-stick frying pan over a medium flame. Add a teaspoon of oil and let it warm up.
Place the meat one at a time allowing the meat to sear on the bottom of the pan. When the side browns, turn it over and allow the other side to brown too.
You could sprinkle water occasionally to retain the moisture, but put a lid on to prevent the moisture from escaping.
The entire process would take about 8-10 minutes to get a nice golden & charred colour.
