Lightly curried Chicken Leg Steak charred with the subtle spices of Bali
No of Pcs: 1 Pc (200 gm)
How to Cook:
Pan Fry: Place on a Pan and grill for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for 4 more minutes. Add 40 ml water ( 4 tbsps ) and cover and let it cook for 3 more minutes
Oven Fry: Arrange on a tray skin side down, in an Oven preheated to 225 Deg C. Cook for 5 minutes and then remove and turn the chicken steaks, baste and cook for 7 more minutes till the top start to char golden.
Serving Suggestion: Serve as a main course or indulge in a garden BBQ with your favourite aperitif
