How to Cook: Pan Fry: Pre-heat cooking oil in a Non-Stick Fry Pan . Add Prawns to Pan and stir fry for about 3 minutes, add one table spoon splash of water then turn over. Cook for 2 more minutes.
To use as a Curry, add Prawns to Pan and stir fry for about 1-2 minutes. Add some water (~4-5 Tablespoons) and cook for 2-3 minutes in medium heat. Add a pinch of salt as per taste.

1) Steam: Fill 1/2 steamer with water and bring to boil. Oil the tray and place Momos. Steam for 5 M minutes
2) Pan-Fry: Heat 2 tbsp of oil on a non-stick pan. Place the Momos & fry till base is golden brown. Add 4 tbsp water, cover pan and heat for 3 minutes.
3) Deep Fry: Add Momos in hot oil for 3-4 minutes until brown & crispy
